To add items/products to your cart:
  1. Go to item/product you wish to purchase
  2. Select size, color, quantity as per the requirement, if applicable
  3. Check shipping availability by entering the pin-code of your delivery location and select check
  4. if delivery is confirmed in the pin-code, then select add to your cart. - once an item/product is added to cart, you can view the shopping cart by selecting basket like icon on the top-right corner of the web page & checkout or continue shopping. - items/products saved in the cart does not ensure that they are put on hold or reserved for you.
To remove items/products from the cart:
  1. Select the shopping cart icon
  2. And select the red cross icon for each item/product you wish to remove.
We make every effort to quickly deliver your item/product, in a case if the product is not shipped yet, you can place the request by emailing the new address to support@gncm.in. And your shipment charges/duration, if applicable, may vary.
Once an order is successfully placed, an email and an SMS would be sent. Once the item/product is placed for shipment, notification via email and SMS, along with the tracking id, would be sent.
For every successful order placed, we make every effort to quickly deliver your item/product. An estimated time of minimum 3 days is required for the delivery of the products in urban areas. For some suburb and rural areas where transportation is an issue, we shall let you know the estimated timeline. Please note that the shipment of your order might be affected by weather, natural disasters, logistics (transportation issues or inventory issues). In a case, you are not getting any updates on your order, please contact the customer support.
You can track your order by going to the “My Orders” section in the “My Account” tab. On selecting your particular order, you will find an option for “Track Order”.
We have taken every measure and ensured that the packaging of the product is highly reliable under most shipment conditions. However, if you find your order damaged, kindly report this to our customer care with images/video of the damaged order. This will help us in analyzing whether the order was damaged during shipment or due to mishandling at the customer’s end.
Once an order is placed, our executive will call you for the confirmation of order. At that time, you can update your billing address by emailing or texting us the details. Information in the invoice will be updated.
We always strive for the best customer experience and order processing is one of the key factors in it. If an order is placed before 11 PM, we make sure that the order is shipped within the same day after confirmation from the customer. With the help of our courier partners, we are able to deliver to most of the regions in India within 3 days, but delivering to some remote locations may take time due to transportation or logistical issues.
